for me.. i was interested in this series when i watched the first 15 episodes.. but later on i got so sick of the story b/c of annoying characters, tedious and ridiculous relationships.. sometimes i feel like smashing at the character's head for their own stupidity and unability to make up good decisiions and right choices.. tavia's family is just so #@(%)#%#! i really dont' like tavia in the series too.. this drama can cut down to 30 episodes .. there are so many parts in this series that are complete pointless to teh story.
Actually everything is important in this story if you want to truly understand the finale and as for the "STUPID" characters, not everybody in this world and if the script can get you so fired up about the storyline, it must be good.-nono
GREAT show! To my opinion, i find this show very funny at times and emotional as well. It brings out the happiness in a warm family as well as the tears. IM SO INTO THIS SHOW, being trying to watch it online but could not find how sites to watch. how sad. What i would like to say is its a MUST WATCH SHOW. =)) Cheers to all..

watched like 20 episodes and gave up cuz it got a little annoying after a while. Usually like to watch soaps that are shorter..not 40 episodes.
I thought it was good. Though, the second one was better. The scenes with Susanna yelling were just giving me endless headaches.
i like both series, however, i feel that HOG 2 had a lot of predictable scenes and some were some what similar to HOG 1.
ok, i've only really seen the second series "ka ho yuet yuen" but if the first was like the second. well at first its fine right, typical plot, nothing new really, it's a drama, but seriously way too much drama, just one bad thing after another, and this goes on for 40 episodes. i had to take breaks watching it, it just got to be too much sometimes. i guess i still prefer the short and sweet ones, around 25 eps.
LOL man the video clip that Bosco made for Moses was a crack up! I want a copy of it, anyone have it?
