    I've done yoga class in high school. We took naps a lot, and there were a lot of hot tall white girls. But there was this one fat indian chick that blocked a lot of my views. :(

    When I actually tried yoga, it was kind of hard since I wasn't flexible. Oh yeah, we took a lot of walks, but I don't think it was the real yoga deal.

    sit ups and the elliptical helps tone your body a lot

    basketball, tennis, volleyball. i am not good at it, but i ahve fun and tires me out in a good way.

    my choice would be lots of stretch and posture training (yoga and pilates type) and go for karaoke sometimes
