handball. well basically sports. excercising is suppose to be fun. and if you are having fun, you forget what that you are excercing
for me the best exercise is doing something fun that burns a lot of energy and works your cardiovascular system...my personal favourite is basketball.
playing Wii Sports for hours... including Tennis, Bowling, Boxing & Golf! It's fun and great for the winter!!!
Lol, i thought all kinds of exercise will relieve stress? I cannot run.. I am never able to run like 10 mins without out-of-breath. Sigh. Unfit.

I love to swim and do push ups. I was thinking about whether to take a dance class or a martial art course, I would love to do both! but I dont have the time for both... =( Anyway, O I like to walk/jog too.
Play badminton la...i luvv it..although havent play it for awhile...and sometimes do sit ups and push ups
shopping is my alternate exercise. I get to move my arms, wrists, hands, legs, etc... Although it's not as intense exercise, it's still an enjoyment!
