exfoliating it mite not help with the firmness but it can stimulate they keratinisation cycle so that ur skin looks fresher n more radiant... n it can also help to absorb topical products better... honestly like i've said before topical products alone doesn't help much... u need to stimulate the fibroblast cells to produce more collagen n these cells r in the dermis layer... topical products cannot penetrate this deep...
she can also try the bio facial machine, usually they have it at all spas. its suppose to lift and tighten skin.
Olay regenerist and Vitamin E supplements, keep hydrated and exercise... Be sure to keep out of the sun. SK-II are good as long as you decided to stick to it for life, its results are stunning at first but when you quit the brand, everything you successfully avoided came back to bite you (same goes for FANCL).
How was her life habit in the last 6 months? Anything particular event that happened? I think the best is to try finding the root of the problem before fixing the symptoms.
i dont think wrinkle cream works. my mom uses some lancome set. for her eyes and skin for i think a year already. and that stuff is not cheap. she looks the same to me. people age and wrinkle, that's life. BUT theres a way to prevent wrinkles or at least prolong wrinkles from appearing. like putting on sunscreen, avoid the sun, staying healthy/exercising, and drinking more water. also use a good moisturizer to radiant and make your skin brighter and healthy looking. oh i also heard that those expensive and cheaper creams are about the same and does the same job, so i dont advise you to buy some pricey brand.
lol thanks for the tips , so if i start now , i wont get wrinkles ever, um sunscreeen =P havent worn that stuff for ages
