lol another log what u did today thread. didn't do much exercise today. walked to Stepho's for some dinner with friends (and stood in line for like an hour), then listen to some busking and went home.
lol Nas PA is different. PA only takes like a minute of your time, whereas exercise takes much more time. 1 min of exercise is like... no effect. And then you can go on PA quickly for like a few minutes while in the middle of studying and get back to it right after. It's harder to do with exercise, because there's the changing into exercise gear, preparing mentally and physically, warm up, exercise, cool down, replenish, that all takes a lot more time than a few minutes of posting on PA.
hahaha running for 10 mins even 5 mins (well if you do at like high speeds) is better than none!!! and have you seen the 9 min ab workout! that is also intense (tried it like once) so excuses excuses lol that why soo many fat people in america!!! anyways did my routine today again hehe.
biked about 6km today. I knew it was coming, but my gear shifter thing on my bike for the rear gears broke. Now i have to figure out a way to fix it of if I should just replace it... sighhh... >>
