but not everyone can drink coffee on an empty stomach, you should eat something , like some crackers or sandwiches for breakfast or lunch. Just eat lesser that will help enough i think

You burn fat if you do extensive low intensity cardio. You also gotta eat balanced.

Yep this works! But you will also feel miserable, weak and tired. Not to mention that once you lose the "weight" and you go back to eating normally, the weight will pile back on faster than you can finish reading this sentence.

I think people should really be using the term "lose fat", fat is stored energy, its useful for long endurance exercises, I think mountaineering, especially people who climb Everest consume a shit load of food to gain fat and weight because all this will be used as reserved energy during the treacherous climb. However, for aesthetic reasons, people should be looking to lose fat and maintain whatever muscle they have on them.

Its all common sense, I don't understand when I read up on crazy advise on how to lose weight in ONE area, there is no spot reduction, you lose fat wherever the body chooses to lose fat in, you have very little control (if any) on where the fat comes off first.

The equation to all this is simple...
Being healthy and fit = exercise + good nutrition
Where exercise will get you fit (make you stronger, endure longer etc) while good nutrition will make you healthy and lose fat.

Exercising is still important, but there's no need for intense lift-weights needed. Just simply do cardio like dancing and swimming. Lean and tone muscles will be gained, but fat will be burned!! Just eat regularly... like three small meals throughout the day.
