hi its me again with some questions for you!
i don't have to do my crazy allergy experiment if i can answer this question:
"why does IgE bind to mast cells"

    • i know that igE meant to counteract against parasites, but an allergen is not a parasite
    • i know whats going to happen after degranulation
i looked on google but there was nothing about it.

    thanks

    Have you been here yet?

The diagram is a very good explanation

If you can see, it kind of acts like a memory precursor, so that if the antigen invades again, the mast cell will be ready to detect and release the powerful chemical mediators

this system was designed against parasites i think and somewhere in the past, it became also sensitive to pollen.
could it be an genetic error ?

Well that could be a factor, it could be inherited or also environmentally induced
