Dai Kei's presence made this serie from average to very good. Her life lessons are really meaningfull.
duck duck dei, is my fav..........i couldn't stand sheung jo sum being with alfred!......i really admired the way duck duck dei treated and cared for sheung jo sum selflessly and without compromise. Show's what true love is. It is not possessing or taking taking.....but giving giving without expecting something in return. His heart stayed true and he was patient and genuine in his love. I wish i could be like him.
imo, yun yun was one of the worst performances in the series, i hated her crying, it was soo fake, but she did look pretty good on most takes, she seems to have a very athletic body or slender at least oh yeh the other girl who was part of the foursome with sheung joi sum, yun yun, and shui mak mak, was just awful... not that she played much of a role or had much to say altho i stated swearing at sei kai not long into the series, at the end i felt really sorry for her (great acting by susanna) She is the charactor that drove the story along. i dunno about you, but i wanted the alfred to be with shui mak mak (and get it over and done with at most points during the series) and i really wanted sheung jo sum to be with duk duk dei.... my wish came true in the end. But what drama they had to go through before it finally happens. I almost thought this is going to end in tragedy. But tragedy did happen (to Alfred at least) I think the story between the 4 ppl in that relationship really drove me to watch the series, rather than the story about the families fortunes.
sei kei...yeah...she's a bad person in the series...but undeniable her acting was damn good...she managed to make all the viewers to hate her...dislike her...she's good in the characther...a vote to her!
AH LAM FUNG so cheung ching !! So cutee! I don't think he suits seung joi sum (Linda) much though... he looks good with yeung yi ... but ... hey!! It's a real cooL drama series! LOVING IT
haha...seen like Dak Dak Dei... not just Dak Dak Dei only.. and he is really Dak lo..cos.. so many votes to him..actually to me.. although i love bosco & tavia most in tis series, but.. i oso feel tat Dak Dak Dei @ Sexy-On ( mosses ) is the best lo...cos.. he really done a great job.... any way, is really hard to choose, cos.. whole series, everyone is just too great and they really play the role so good and great lo... no matter Dai kai, Sai Kai, Dai bou , Siong Joi Sum, Alfred , Sui mak Mak, Gil Gil or Jackie... everyone really done the best... so, is hard for me to choose leh.. any way.. over all.. i love DaK Dak Dei ...character... so, i vote for him.. haha... I like Linda the most in this series. =) I don't know why, I always get excited when it talks about her and Alfred or just her. ^_^ I think Duk Duk Dei was a very funny character though. He would be my second favorite character. =)
i like duk duk dei.. he's so nice.. but i just hate him when he speaks in the weird weird language... from somewhere in china..
Linda did a marvelous job! Really improved a lot and she acted like she had acted in hers whole life!! Really gets my points. Looking forward to see more her in tvb series. Also Raymond was great as always He has the way of touching people with his acting in what ever role. He got and can make many different expressions.
