Sei Kei (Rosana Kwan) for sure, cuz she makes you want to kill her and hate her for all the awful things she has done, which is quite hard to do. just being a bad guy isn't enof, like killing people, but to nvince the audience is very important. tho she is a bitch in the story and a dam well mother f***er, the acting is very good and i just wanna kill her
