Toronto is a fantastic city, very much like NYC. Toronto is also very social. You should definitely spend a few days going through the different cultural neighborhoods. These include:
1-Greektown on the Danforth: Has the most dining places per rectangle distance, very good meals, also very cultural
2-Chinatown: Excellent meals, lots of lifestyle, lease bikes
3-Little India: Native indian stuff
4-Little Italy: Italian language meals, French language things, try some gelato, it's amazing
5-Koreatown: Korean things, meals, etc.
