what makes you go to sleep?

    Skip 1 day sleep and there's guarantee you'll be exhausted the next evening.

    Or tire yourself out in the gym.

    Both works for me.

    classical music really helps a lot. Especially Canon in D....

    nothing makes me sleep..i have to stay up until im tired which sux..cause that like 3 am or later

    reading a book that you find boring and uninteresting..............the words would start to become blurry and before u know it, u will wake up the next morning with the book on the floor.

    Usually, people cna't sleep because They Are Worrying TOO MUCH -scooter

    IF it is still not work.. then TRY "SEX" -censored

    Normally close my eyes and fall asleep right away because already tired from work. Plus always try not to let anything from day bother me otherwise that'll keep my up.
