Skip 1 day sleep and there's guarantee you'll be exhausted the next evening. Or tire yourself out in the gym. Both works for me.

Normally close my eyes and fall asleep right away because already tired from work. Plus always try not to let anything from day bother me otherwise that'll keep my up.
