I have my laptop with me when i go to sleep and would watch animes till i fall asleep. Now i can't sleep without my laptop =(
haha the thing that makes me sleepy the fastset... is reading my gord damn textbooks.... study for exams is the one thing that will knock me out regardless of time of day.. readign a few lines of text then... zzzZZZZzzZZZzz .. must admit not the best way to be put to slep coz it means i fall asleep on my table and wake up with a killer pain all down my back and neck.. >.<"
I usually watch movies on my laptop. The bright screen makes me tired, lmao. I have a hard time sleeping too. ><
me, i try NOT to think about sleeping cause then ill think too much.. so i might think of like just random stuff like a problem i had during the day or just how i felt earlier blahblahblah or i read/ go on the comp/ watch tv until i feel sleepy and get my ass to bed before i get a bit more energized that i cant sleep no more xT
Hahaha... agree with the previous post. Of course when I'm tired or when someone eats too full during lunch hour... burp!
I bought my husband "Melatonin" last week and he has been using it successfully. The capsules contain about 3mg each. He takes is 30-45 min before going to bed and he has been having really good nights of sleeping since... Not sure if the stuff is addictive though as there aren't really any studies done about it...
