try not taking any naps during the day, if that doesnt work, go out for a jog two hours after you finish dinner.
Don't move. You might get the urge to move to get into a better position or something but if you just stay still you'll soon fall asleep. And also don't take naps during the day.
I never had to do anything special to sleep because I always feel tired even when I'm stressed or excited. I guess some people just need more sleep than others.
Meh, when I'm tired I just sleep... but lately I've been listening to music on my mp3, and it helps. lol.
get a drink or just get tired from doing stuff like running around at the mall -_- i get tired really easy like that =P
turning off the light and watching TV on a bigger and brighter screen tires me, just discovered that yesterday
As for me, waking up early in the mornning and keep myself busy, reading or watching TV will help me go to sleep too.
