what makes you go to sleep?

    try not taking any naps during the day, if that doesnt work, go out for a jog two hours after you finish dinner.

    Don't move. You might get the urge to move to get into a better position or something but if you just stay still you'll soon fall asleep. And also don't take naps during the day.

    listen to music. I mean music of nature. You know, sound of wave, trees, birds, etc.

    Exercise and food makes me tired and sleepy.

    I never had to do anything special to sleep because I always feel tired even when I'm stressed or excited. I guess some people just need more sleep than others.

    Meh, when I'm tired I just sleep... but lately I've been listening to music on my mp3, and it helps. lol.

    get a drink or just get tired from doing stuff like running around at the mall -_- i get tired really easy like that =P

    i find just waking up early and exercising makes me fall asleep.
    just need to make your body tired

    As for me, waking up early in the mornning and keep myself busy, reading or watching TV will help me go to sleep too.
     
  19. listening to foreign language tapes also helps... o_O;
