I don't breakfast
A handful of mixed nuts or just dried fruits..
sunny side up eggs with buttered toast and a coffee. Sometimes I simply have a bowl of instant oatmeal with milk.
breakfast is the most important meal in your day.
not a morning person but very british, need to have a cup of Twinnings everyday milky tea, and maybe a banana if i can stomach it
leftover form yesterday............lol
bread as its the cheapest wholesome meal
Instant noodles with vegetable and fish balls!
it differs each day..fried eggs,milk,coffee,orange juce...bread with cheese,pan cakes...
It is either rice with chicken or a bowl of cereal.
bagel with cream cheese or a piece of toast with jam and peanut butter
Cereal and toast
oats with assorted berries, a cup of milk and an apple or orange. !
Avocado strawberries banana milk and honey! -inlove
I don't like to eat cereals too. so often i will have instant noodles
eggs. bread, sometime cereal...
Either cereal or oatmeal and a cup of black coffee.

I'm probably worse. I have a cup of Starbucks kcup iced coffee(sweeten and half&half) with any sort of "donut/Danish/cake/chocolate croissant/coffee cake"... Something sweet. 6 days a week. Sunday my off day so I just run to Starbucks for venti iced coffee... I don't do hot drinks. That's my healthy lifestyle!! Haha
