I go to the gym 5x a week, mostly weights, sometimes some circuit training. I also wrestle, kick box, and do brazilian jiu jitsu. In terms of cardio I don't do a lot, (I guess my martial arts counts as cardio), but during the summer I like to ride my road bike . I've been doing some calisthenics lately too. That's like gymnastics, but the point is to build muscle, coordination, balance, not to look the prettiest.
I play badminton.. skipping rope 500 times daily.. i can't really do weights so I do cardio stuff, pushups, situps eetc
My exercise is Push ups are one of the first exercises everyone can easily perform. this workout is for the chest, triceps and even involve your back and shoulder muscles. Dips are alternative to developing chest and triceps muscles.
I do walking and running in the morning. Goes to gym and have some kind of the exercise's there. Also do biking and swimming for my health....
Regarding my exercise,,, My past routine : one hour of swimming or cycling each day. Current routine : Joined the gym and following a work out routine advised by a fitness trainer in the Gym.
I do push ups, cycling, running and play football as an exercise and also some walk but usually i spend most of time in game like football. And i have no complaint with my routine.
I do some easy exercises for my health. I do walk about 30 minutes in a day and also do running in the evening.I also do yoga once in a week because it provides me lot of health benefits and gives lot of energy to my body.
Monday: 5km run followed by upper or lower body weights Tuesday: Cross trainer & stretches Thursday: Boxing padwork & sparring for 1.5 hrs Saturday: Muay Thai padwork & sparring for 1.5 hrs followed by 0.5 hrs plyometric training Sunday: Rubbing bruises out from sparring
