What exercise do you guys do to keep fit or maintain a healthy body image? I don't do weight training but i try to do 4 sets of 30 reps of press ups everyday, 3 sets of dips which i don't count the reps. For my abs I do 30 reps of different sit up routines with a 15 secound e.g. side planks, crunches, planks etc totalling 210 reps altogether. I do about 50 squats a day And for cardio I try play soccer as much as possible, football training lasting 3 hours on thursday and matches/kick about on a sunday. I might start going gym in my school on a friday afternoon as well. The press ups. sit ups and squats routines are daily and i do dips whenever i can. My aim is to get a bit bigger and become more tonner, I don't want to be one of those guys who's body is too big compare to their legs or head lool. What exercise do you do? do you have a daily/weekly routine?

So girls can't be included yea? LOL I kid. I run on a running machine and do weights (weight and fitness) every week, I do this at least 3 times a week. I go gym every thursday for 1hour. On the running machine, I go by 12MPH for 10-15minutes. Then I move on to weights that work on my chest, arms, and legs. I work on my abs every other day, 40 reps of two different abs workout then 15second break, then this get repeated...I do 8 different workout method. This last for 10minutes. I also eat on a specified diet every day so I keep healthy. High in protein based food is important for growth and repair for muscles. LOL WTF. Haha, piss take.
I dance to get my body moving and sweating then light jog on treadmills. sometimes i lift weights but most of the time i just want to sweat XD Lol @ Khaotic's post
I jog for 30min -1 hr around the bay area but the weather is getting cold so I might hit the gym. Just enjoy the view. I do leg lifts and sit ups and push ups, pull ups. I do a lot of stretching excises which help flexibility and it feels good. I do jump ropes, lift weights and climb stairs. Play basketball, baseball and around this time, it's American football. Can't forget about bowling. I used to play handballs but hadn't for many years...I was really good too.

In my school, if you take phys ed classes.. you go to 'weight room' once a week. Also, you can pay $20 to go to weightroom everyday afterschool or in the morning for the whole year. It's worth it.. i did it for a year. But now, i got lazy
