im 5'5 and i was 115 durin summer time after the trip the canada im 120 and im soooooooo sad.. so hard to lose it.. if ur fat im soooo fat =(
you didn't absorb very much while digesting that's what. That's why some people, no matter how much they eat, they don't gain weight. If you've always been this way, you're fine, because it's natural. I always forget if it's high or low metabolism =P
high. since metabolism is breaking down, a higher rate means you take in less. I have high metabolism. I've been the same weight for the past 3 years, and I eat the equivalent of 2 or 3 people. and thus I go into competitive eating to use and abuse that high metabolism
i read some where it's avg for 5 ft to be 100lb then for every inch after that add 5 lbs but it rly depends on ur body composition, fat vs muscle
i can't work that out.. http://www.healthchecksystems.com/heightweightchart.htm has anyone else got another link for the height and weight charrt?? thanks
http://www.netfit.co.uk/fatwht.htm Or http://193.201.200.191/gfy/weight-height.html I'm jsut ok!! yay!
Generally speaking, asian girls need to eat more and pack some meat on their thighs and bottom. Don't believe in those charts. I'm supposedly a little 'overweight' for my height, but it's all muscle. I hope. -unsure
i don't like underweight chicks`` ur height and ur weight is avg...not fat at all`` i know girls much heavier buh they're kinda sporty so they don't look overweight or anyfin`` don't worry..ur healthy`` love` mon
that's about 114-115 lbs.. for 5'5" that's not heavy~~ probably the ppl you hang with are skinny.. and that makes you feel self-concious a bit, but trust me, you rather be a little heavy, then too skinny ;P
using the BMI calculator is useful. The only problems is that usually, the BMI ranges are more for caucasians. Asians, being smaller would then tend to fall in the underweight category despite being healthy
By this line, I'm assuming that you find yourself to be cheeky. It's prolly this that the girls tell you that you're fat. I can tell you, your weight is definitely avg. Unfortunately, it's difficult to control where your body loses fat first since everyone's body reacts differently. The WORST thing you can do is starve yourself. If you're really worried, some simple things you can try are: 1. Split what you normally eat in one day into multiple meals (ie food from lunch and dinner split into 4-5 smaller meals). 2. Drink more water. If you feel that the smaller meals don't satisfy you, drink a glass of water before eating. 3. Cut down on unhealthy snacks. 4. Don't eat at least 2 hours before sleeping. 5. Exercise at least 2-3 times a week for 30-60 minutes. Note that I'm not trying to teach you how to diet. I am teaching you how to lead a healthier lifestyle. Lastly, it's OK to treat yourself to a cheesecake or anything else you like every once a while (~once a week), just don't binge.
