hmm..if you drink alot of water everyday and you exercise?? wont the water be perspired out?? so will u still lose your electrolytes needed??
This is true... Drinking water does help you lose weight! I was working out for the majority of the summer and lost nothing because I was still drinking my beloved soda regularly. Then I actually stopped working out, but drank water instead of soda and lost weight!
too much of a bad thing is harmful. too much water could get you killed. i know of a guide for the amount of water a person should take. 30ml per kg, so if you're 60kg then you'll need about 1.8 litres per day, which i think is a reasonable guide.
