    I've used it a few times and it's very simple to use with great effect.

    1) Open Image

    2) Duplicate Image (Ctrl+J)

    3) Desaturate It (Ctrl+Shift+U)

    4) Duplicate Image (Ctrl+J)

    5) Invert (Ctrl+I)

    [​IMG]

    6) Blending Mode: Color Dodge

    7) Gaussian Blur>1-9 Pixels
    *I use 9*
