Does anyone have some recipes for the traditional Home Dishes? I mean, the dishes you can't order in restaurants and only your grandma can make? For example 'Pung' or 'Sik Pung' (= Eat Pung) that's originate from small villages in HK and it's practically everything in a huge wok, ingredients have been simmering for days before they'll be put together in a huge 'Pung' and you'll usually eat that together on special occasions.

Ingredients includes shii-takes, pork, beef, chicken, fish, fish balls, vegetables etc etc.

I know there are lots of others as I ate it once at a relatives's home but I never knew the recipes and the names for it.
