I thought HID kits now-a-days were plug and play. I've never purchased one but thought about getting a set for my fogs.

depends on the car... took only 20mins to throw it into a civic and a jazz/fit

but then it was just more annoying... depends on the kit
it didn't have holes to cable tie it down, so that didn't help

but it is essentially a plug n play - plus need to find place to mount ballast

doesn't help when the plugs weren't the right size, so had to modify it... and with my stock car... such a pain to get to the light!!

    but i'd def recommend it
however the rrp for the kaixen kit is a lil pricey

    its about 330US + delivery

Ahh okay. Thanks for clearing it up. :)

I think I'm going to get a front lip to finish up the look before an HID kit. Stock Bi-Xenons are more than bright enough.

this is where i purchase my 6000K w/ 55watts HIDs with slim ballast. It used to be like $70 but now they decreased the price to $35. Dam, should've bought it later.

    wow that is cheap :|

I'd be a little concerned with buying a 55watt kit... the heat output would probably be significantly more than the 35 watt, but if you've had no problems then thats awesome.

The light output from a 55 watt kit must be huge, my 35's are already super bright at night.

will bookmark this site incase i ever want to put some 3000K HID's into my foglights... 35 bucks can't really go wrong.

This is a sick deal, especially considering the slim size of those ballasts.

I couldnt agree less. I bought it about 4 months ago. The shipping+handling was cheap/fast and amazing. Got this site from a nissan forum that i'm in.
