Gouw Ian Iskandar's performance in the film was outstanding, while Gong Li and Zhou Xun was stole the spotlight in their respective films. Kind of surprised about Daniel Wu for The Heavenly Kings...

Well it was well made... just that I don't like it @_@b The direction was very well done. Plus it's Tam Kar Ming... so he'll get SOME award no matter what (to a certain extent)
After This Our Exile i didnt think it would win...is a good movie but i dont think it should win..just my commo
award shows are getting boring and pretentious. actors and actresses are getting cocky and conceited looking. hosts are boring and lame jokes. too much depressing talk about no movie ticket sales...sorry being so cynical but true
i knew aaron kwok was gonna win Best Film: After This Our Exile..it was suc a good artsy movie lol..the detective c+ is his newest flick right?
