Having left TVB last year to pursue other jobs in China and busy with stage productions, Tavia Yeung (楊怡) had no interest in returning just yet, despite the many propositions offered. TVB however showed great sincerity and managed to persuade Tavia into joining the cast for a new series Threshold Again - 《再創世紀》by collaborating with iQiYi and promising to broadcast the show in China as well. Tavia will be joined by Roger Kwok (郭晉安), where they will be portraying a couple again, their last collaboration was in 2016's The Last Healer In Forbidden City -《末代御醫》. Frankie Lam (林文龍), Pakho Chau (周柏豪), Niki Chow (周麗淇) and Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣) will also be part of the cast. Threshold again will be produced by the same director as My Unfair Lady - 《不懂撒嬌的女人》 Kwan Shu Ming (關樹明) and be based on the financial industry. Filming will commence from July and location shots will be held in Canada and Prague. Both companies are keeping a tight lid on any further information to avoid leaks. Tavia expressed that she was excited to join this project as when she first joined TVB, she also took part in the original Threshold of an Era series as an extra 18 years ago! ~~~ cred: mingpao

TVB in shambles, losing influence. you cant capture fans by just putting together a cast that looks good on paper. tvb needs to work on filmography, directing, production, and most of all, story plot!!! how many comeback or return grass dramas have really lived up to the hype?
