lol those are completely diff pple... and Paris Hilton is not hot... if you're comparing females.. then it'd be like Oprah vs. Angelina Jolie... bill gates ain't really the smartest man... he's jus rich...
bill gates is smart enough to be the richest man in the world and paris is viewed by the public as 'hot' ..
oprah or jolie? i pick jolie. and jolie is not dumb in all aspects. she is hot and exceptionally smart. she does a lot of charities like adopting maddox. a cool boyfriend. what else do you want..
lol right... forgot what the requirements were for the smartest n hottest.. oh... the poster didnt state you'd be the dumb if you where the hottest... so you can actually be the hottest while being smart.. where this thread is going tho.. i still have no idea...
As a girl, it's better to be hot because you can get away with much more from both hot and smart people. If you're smart, you can only get what you wish for from the less intelligent folks but you may not get your way with the smart ones. That said, I'd like to be 100% hot and 100% smart.
id rather be the hottest because u could still be smart right and u will be well known for ur looks which everyone is into now adays.
That is true! Well, the problem with being the smartest person is that everyone else is dumb and you will never feel challenged or even find anyone interesting enough for you. Problem with being the hottest is that everyone else is uglier than you, BUT, beauty is so subjective that you're bound to find several people attractive and fun
lol If you're the smartest person ever... sure you can try and persuade everyone whom you feel are inferior to you, to do whatever you want... which would be using your intelligence selfishly... but who's gonna pay attention to you when you're Butt Ugly!! strung off a crack pipe.. Oprah Winfrey, Rosanne, and Rosie O' Donnell all rolled into one... beaten half to death with an Ugly stick...
I'd choose to be the hottest. Intelligence is a good thing, but it's just that it has its drawbacks. Particularly here in America, it is simply not a respected virtue. It all depends on who you are and where you live though. If you are good looking, AND you happen to be smart, then you could become Prom King/Queen. But if you're intelligent AND ugly, I feel sorry for you cuz I know what I went through. But also, I grew up in a poor neighborhood (da hood), where intelligence is shunned two-fold so my experience is probably worse than most. If I spent my teenage years in China, where academics is respected, I bet my junior high school yrs would have been much better.
You have been born in a more fortunate environment than others. You are just bearly starting college too I guess. I would also surmise that you are at least pretty good looking. You probably have a hard time believing that this world can suck and people can be terrible beings sometimes because you have been fortunate enough not to be exposed to them. I mean, cmon, how terrible is it to be teased to be nominated for Prom Queen? I only wish I was so unlucky. -rolleyes You have to be ugly to understand how much emphasis people put on looks. Looks aren't everything, but when you compare looks and intelligence in terms of which is more important for success, I vote for looks. I also acknowledge that "importance" and "success" are also subjective terms in that each person may have different things that they view as "important" or as being a sign of "success." I.e. for someone who values academic achievement first and foremost, then yes, intelligence would be most important... but other than academic achievement, for pretty much everything else having looks would be more helpful.
