It's not just about the body. It's about the overall look and the face.

MadeinChina: How long did it take you to go from 193 to 150? What was your routine and how often did you keep at it?

It's really hard to explain it in short sentences. But I will just say the things that I did.

Diet right, Eat right, Sleep Right, Workout Right, Being Consistent, Being Motivated.

When you are on a diet and build muscles and do cardio at the same time, you will see the effect being a lot more than just dieting by itself or weight lift by itself. Because muscles burn off fat even when you are not working out, doing cardio will make you lose weight pretty quick and diet helps a lot.

If you want to see all my journals, I have it on my myspace page about all the processes that I've been doing.
I used to be a fat ass, with manboobs, with one beerbelly that shakes around like jello and I was walking around like a penguin. But after being consistent about it, now I have a well toned chest with all muscles and I have a 6 pack showing. My stomach shrunk big time and my legs and arms are in excellent shape too.

I used to run maybe about 2 minutes and can't run anymore because I was either too tired or out of breath already, now I've been running 5-8 miles a day. Biking for 45 minutes and doing 2000 jumpropes a day. Of course, too much cardio can be bad for you because it will burn off muscles so I try to keep it lower than before so that way I can have a nice cut body.

friends that works out, reading workout magazines often gives you tips and certain things to make sure you are on the right track. Environment of working out, don't just go for the cheapest gym because you want to save money. Bring mp3 player when you workout, it'll make it less boring and don't play slow music, play techno or some type of inspirational music. Pace yourself, Set a Goal, dont over do it.

I know some guys out there that try to do everything the first week and never show up afterwards, because they are either sore or they just thought it was boring. If you want to gain weight, that is easy.... eat carbs. I don't try to gain weight, but if I want to... I can gain weight so quick.

Remember this, one week usually doesn't show too much, you gotta spend a lot of time and be consistent about it.
