I would choose noodles any day because of the simplicity and quickness of cooking it But lately I have been eatting rice more as its a lot more healthier than noodles.. although both are filled with CARBS! but then i don't really believe in thewhole carbs business anyways
Fresh noodles > rice any day. Yung chow style baked rice > Noodles any day. Depends on how you cook it. Noodle you can eat uncooked like chips so noodles are winning there.
I love noodles. There are so many different kinds and so many ways to make them. The possibilities are endless. I think I could eat them everyday.
