A photo of the notice with both their names and birth dates clearly written on it has been making the rounds online and is said to have been filed earlier this week. Under Hong Kong’s laws, the marriage should take place after the notice has been exhibited at the Registrar’s office for at least 15 days. The marriage also must take place within three months of exhibiting the notice. This puts the original speculation of a December 8 wedding within the three month time frame, giving more weight to the claim.
