I think Protein bars should no be used as a meal replacement. Iyou eat the bars after th workout like a snack soo you can gain the mucsles you need. Protein bars cannot provide you with the nutrience you need so you should always eat your lunch/breakfast. Just get the nutritious facts in your meals and count the amout of protein you are getting if you are not gettin nough thenthe protein bars make agood snack as a supplement!! lol I have something called BIO protein it tastes pretty good once you get use to it and i eat it like a normal snack lol
I'm currently eating Zone bars. they come in many different flavors. I've tried others which some are not made very well.
