Depending on the occasion, I would decide whether or not it should be covered. Other places are covered regardless.

I Wiill NOT buckle under to peer pressure.. : ) I'm above it. The Calfornia Education system has prepared me to say no since the 5th grade. : P Yeah.. I <3 that dress.. too bad.. sleeveless makes my shoulders look huge and white makes me look even fatter ><
