really...GET YOUR BEAUTY SLEEP. also i would try using that oxy pimple thing...cuz well for me..it works..thena gain i rarely get pimples..but if i do..i use that and then there gone within a couple of days. dont' eat greasy foods..drink lots of water and if you get really oily skin, get those to-go-pads so you can go to the bathroom and clean your face

em..Go see a dermatologist, don't touch your face, drink lots of water, don't stay up late.

if you dont worry about having dry skin
try washing several times a day

I tried the Proactive system, works decently for me (but not for everyone)
I also like those olay cleansing clothes
(i have tried MANY MANY products, but recommend those two)

and i can personally agree with the sleep thing
when in school and studying all the time i dind't sleep much
but then came, a quarter's break and a new quarter schedule
so i got to sleep a lot again, and my complextion changed like overnight

Yes, getting enough sleep and drinking a lot of water will help with pimples.
I have found that using an aspirin mask helps reduce the redness.
You simply take a few uncoated aspirin pills, slightly wet them with water, and rub it on your face. It acts as a mild exfoliator too. :)

I think getting pimples is more of a hormone problem. Maybe diet has something to do with it as well and face hygiene. I think if you see a dermatologist, it would help.

it probably has to do with something you're eating, your best bet is probably a doctor.

Maybe you're stressing? My friend tells me that's how he starts breaking out, etc
