YEA I remember being taught as a kid, that telling a little white lie is as bad as killing a human. so um can a murder use this argument in a court of law ha ha ha sorry go on
there is no such thing as a little white lie, a lie is a lie. the court of law is beyond the scope of what i was talking about so i wont comment... this is my last comment on this topic. cya all
in christianity there is no such thing as open minded chritian. that would mean u r creating ur own religion.
hmm.. I'm not a Christian myself.. neither am I a strict religion follower, so I'm pretty much neutral towards Christians who dun follow their religion strictly. In fact, I admire those who have really given it much tot rather than those who follow blindly. I'm not sure about what Christians believe, but to me, religion is not about following the rules/ customs/ rituals whatever you call it. Religion is personal and 'spiritual'. The word is used rather losely here as it can have a different meaning to different people. The point is, those physical acts are not important. They were created by people who believe that those practices represent/ express/ enhance their faith. But when replicated onto others, the very same act may not have the same meaning. What it means to you... is what I think is important
^lol.. its ironic that someone actually thanked him for that post.. too bad that guy didn't realise that benjwang is an atheist..
religion is the foundation of all humanity. so it has a place in all of us, however, the practice of speaking with god is what some people do not wish to follow.
Religion has also taught you how to decide whether something is right or wrong. We can go all day buddy
