613 BHP (WHP?) in a civic sounds like over kill.... youd basically have to change everything but the chassis to handle that power and when that chassis was never designed to handle so much power, i would prefer a car that was designed out the box to have big power and good handling
If u get that BHP i definitly need to customise nearly everything on the car. It´s nice for tuning freaks who spend every penny on the car, but if u only want the power, just buy it out of the box like dim8sum said before. Buuuuuut, there is a big advantage in upgrading the car by urself, its 100% unique! =) Sth tlike Coop Identity ^^
Super GT version is out for the new Nissan GT-R. Btw,it's not the R35. Ther's no such thing as a R35. It's a V35 platform ( for the G35 in N.America and the "Skyline" for Japan), The new GT-R rests on a completely new generation.
r they serious wit the 0-60 in 3.5 sec? a b16 turbo can do the same. might be faster i think. check this beast out..... http://youtube.com/watch?v=GrgmV8HWBPc
prob is, that isnt officially timed... the speedo could be well off, you never know also getting into the sub 4 sec 0-60mph area is like super car territory... true you could get the b16 to do that, and a lot more engines could give you that kind of speed, but youve got to think about reliability, how easy the engine is to use, practicality and a whole host of factors which would make tuning a small engine to crazy amounts of power stupid. If the engine can do 3.5 out the factory, it might still have a whole load of potential left in it remember the old skyline rb26s drag racers go into the 1000bhp regions
Well, Nissan has a reputation to keep with their Hero car. You can't really compare a Nismo tuned 350Z and the new GT-R.... Of course, with the money, who wouldn't want to own the best that a company can offer. GT-R > 911 anyday Lol, as with the grills, no one does it nicer than Audi's elegance.
yea i agree. Wit a little engine like that, the car will be in the trash as soon as 2 months. but it's jsut amazing to see a b16 civic that runs like that. Never seen such thing. i meant i never would see a SR20DET s15 does 60 in less than 3 or 2 sec. i never really seen a skyline drift even wit that sorta bhp. in the D-1 Grand prix, it's mostly silvias s13, 14 and 15. i see a skyline as a drag racer rather than a drifter. i doubt a skyline has a chassis as good as the silvias. Im jsut piss off of those guys from youtube that kept bragging about the V8s or v10s and their dumba** american cars and how good they are. Sure v10s is a biga** engine that probably runs at like 1000000000Hp, but when it runs around corners, i guarant-damn-teed that it'll flip. Some people thinks that the whole world have a straight road with no corners. bunch of idiots.
Looking forward to seeing more GTR's on the roads but in the US there is a limit in production # for the initial year. Hopefully this will change, but as gas prices keep going up i doubt it.
