Pierre Ngo (Ngo Ka Nin) is set to make a TVB comeback nine months since he left the broadcasting company. As reported on Mingpao, the actor who has never played a lead role throughout his career with TVB, will reportedly play the protagonist in the yet-to-be-announced project helmed by "The Hippocratic Crush" producer Poon Ka Tak. Speaking to the media about his comeback, Pierre stated that he decided to accept the project as it would give him the chance to work with Poon, who had retired from showbiz two years ago. "The project would start in October, and I am happy with all the arrangements," he added. It was also rumoured that the actor will be working alongside singer JW in the new series. As for Poon, the producer stated that he was happy to accept the offer made by TVB, being someone who has worked with the company for 40 years prior to his retirement. "It is good for me to get back to work and do more activities. The nature of work is different from before.
