oooh my god. i have a presentation in about 4 hours, and i dont know why but i am sooo nervous. I'm scared I'll start forgetting or shaking or uuuggg. I don't want to get up there and start breathing really hard lol. How do you guys overcome this??
you can listen to music play some games talk to a friends about it smack yourslef very very hard practice it well it kinda late to tell you this but at least you know what to do next time
Key to prevent butterflies in your tummy is prepartion,preparation,preparation. As a trainer,it's my bread and butter and by being prepared, your presentation will be smooth and you'll be confident. Remember, the audience, whoever they may be, want to listen to you. Good luck!
hmmm ...... sometimes no matter how much prepared u r and that ur a nervous person u can still screw up so preparation is not enough (hehe i no frm personal experience) its the # of times i reckon u do that task, as the more experience u hve the better ur able to cope
