Need Tips/instructions on getting a 6pack by the end of this summer.

    what do you by simple carbs and complex carbs????

    btw, i almost comepletely dont eat any junk food at all, never have, just never ate it.

    wat kind of body type are you? are you fairly lean? or are you not very fit @ all?

    Try adding four days of cardio to your routine. Personally I alternate between biking, running and jump rope. 20-30 mins a session should be enough. Also I limited myself to max one bowl of rice a day after workouts.
