Haha well I'm sure you've seen my posts always bashing mainlanders... So yeah Canto is the better and funner language...But I'm just being HK/Southern Chinese biased, and no I haven't seen this show yet. I do want to watch it for Jessica like you said reminisce!

I ended up watching this series and followed it religiously haha. It was pretty good. I wish they didn't give cherry and saving an open ending just to not destroy the audience's faint heart. if they think its better for the story and more inline with the characters, they should be more gutsy! but other than that, no complaints really. Other than a bit too much mando dialogue (I don't understand mandarin so it was a bit annoying for me). Everyone's acting was pretty impressive, if I had to pick a worse one... it would be Frankie Lam.
