I remember hearing this on audio tape about 15 years ago. (I don't have it anymore). At first I thought it was a Japanese cover, but when I tracked it down on Google it was by two japanese female artists called WINK. When I played it on youtube it didn't sound right. I now remember a stand out lyric near the chorus section 愛我 (romanization: I War). This replaces the english lyric "guilty" I'm very certain it is by a solo female mandarin artist. Danny Chan has done a cantonese cover version of this, but I remember the mandarin version being better. Please can someone tell me the name of the song and artist. I would be most grateful. Finally found the song using different combinations in Google. Now I can't find the actual song to download anywhere!
