Well, afaik, the free alternatives would be much slower. PServe is supposed to be primarily for offering faster dl speeds as well as archiving in the event of other filehosts being taken down by dmca notices, right? At least that's what I remember it being advertised as when it was first created If the primary purpose was to get ppl going to PServe, why not just have ALL the files of all qualities exclusively on PServe? Why upload 480p rmvb's, 720p rmvb's, small-size mp4's, and multiple versions of files on various free filehosting sites?
never tried PServe. but anafile works best for me. 1-3 MBps and unintrusive download page. torrent is also very fast, usually.
I suppose so. Because the cost of dumping everything on it and bandwidth to serve it all to everyone (speed aside) would be too great and mass public distribution will eventually attract law enforcement. As for using free filehost, some people have existing premiums, want to generate money through downloads...etc Either way, it helps offload resources on PServe (thus reducing costs). But anyway, de-railing off topic a bit, I don't think b-lee saw your post about the 720p earlier. We'll see if the magician will reveal his secrets =P

I don't upload 720p mp4/mkv links to free filehosts is because.. im lazy lol.. each episode would have to split into 2 files like a movie so it got tiresome after a while. I also though @evil_tofu was uploading them so I didn't bother with it. If there are a lot of members who would like it, then I'll upload it as well...slowly..lol
lol, same here, I'm busy with work and the MP4/MKV always come out later. Also, doesn't seem like a lot of people are using those links so I just got tired. But if anyone wants them, I can upload it but I'll have to upload it when I'm free. Just let me know. I have since been digging around the internet and I think I've found the same source for the mp4's as you guys because it's also stopped at episode 5. I am OK with using that source I found, so you guys don't have to upload the 720p mp4 anymore unless there are others who want it too Cheers
