    Lee Hyori confessed her cosmetic surgery for the first time when she attends KBS TV game show (한가위 쟁반노래방).

    At the show, the host, Sin Dong-yup asked her to change shape of the nose like a pig while singing.

    She politely explains that because of her cosmetic surgery of the nose, she couldn't do that.

    LOL....i dont think ppl care about it anyway.....
    even if she'd say her eyelids, lips, & breasts were fake as well...
    the guys gonna keep drooling and the girls gonna keep envy her :p

    I'm more surprised by the fact that she admitted to having cosmetic surgery than the fact that she did have some work done. Makes me wonder which parts of her are real and which are not.
