Yorokonde!!! That guy holding the flag thought it would be fun to move the flag that was on fire over onto his shoulder and keep holding onto the flag.. And since he was a ninja he was able to take a picture from a different angle and yet still be hiding behind the flames still holding on to the flag that was on fire.. In my world it's not kharma nor is it karma it's called idiocy and retard ism..
