Wednesday December 7, 2005 Hong Kong CRI Exclusive--Taiwan singer and composer Jay Chou is set to compose the theme song for film star Jet Li 's new film "Fearless", according to Hong Kong media. Chou says he cherishes the opportunity to cooperate with his role-model Li, and hopes to participate in the distribution of the film. He says he will incorporate Li's understanding of martial arts to his music. Li expresses his gratitude towards Chou, and hopes that Chou can bring the positive spirits of the film to young people. With 280,000 young people on average committing suicide every year, Li hopes to awaken them to treasure life through the film.
