I think white meat is healthier. That is why people kept on telling others to eat turkey and chicken instead of beef and pork

but has their pros and cons... i believe white meat is more healthier.. but you do need red meat as well.. coz i think they contain more iron and Vit B.. which most women doesn't seem to have enough...
i've heard that white meat is healthier than dark meat since dark meat has more fat. white meat is leaner.
