White. We only need to consume meat the size of our palm per day and red meat not more than 3 serves per day. So more fruits and veges! Edit: Umm or is it only 1 serves or red meat per week? Been awhile since I live in a health conscious country.
white meat is generally leaner than red meat... but it does vary on the cut... i prefer a mix of both...
For a start, there is no general agreement as to what is white meat and what is red meat. Many people use this to distinguish between poultry and pork, beef or lamb. But a goose drumstick is much "redder" than a pale piece of veal. Analysis of the contents also provides no indication that a turkey burger is better than one made of beef. North American studies, in which "red" meat did poorly, probably did not take into account that many cuts of pork and beef are treated with nitrite salts and subsequently grilled, and that is this is what is unhealthy. No, the answer to this question would really be no. It really all depends on how you prepare the meat. Anything fried can be unhealthy for any person. Any meat that is cooked, baked or broiled is usually a lot healthier. So, it is really all a matter of opinion...there is no scientific proof that one is healthier than the other.
it doesnt matter to me which meat is more healthier....cos i eat both.... i think as long as u keep a balanced diet an not have too much of one type of meat....then its ok...
What on earth is white meat??? you talking about poultry or something? I eat both as long as its cooked properly, i dont do all that medium raw/rare stuff.
^ same with Akki. But too much of it - like of pork and stuff - rely wd boost chloresterol to which is affecting my parents...
yeah white meat should be healthier. so by rank i think should be like fish, chicken and then beef. but eat in moderation shouldnt' be a problem
