I want to gain weight! Please help!

    check ur stomach and see if u have a worm there...maybe it's the reason that u are so thin?!

    easy.........................................................grab your phone.......look at a menu......and say "all of it".................there.....problem solved :)

    eat plenty and eat often, have like 5 meals aday

    consider protein shakes...and work out... lots of work out plans out there

    or... a had a friend who just ate a lot and hit himself with a stick and got big -mellow i still have trouble figure'n it out

    haha this forum sure caught my attention. I've been trying to gain weight for the longest... seriously if u search the web for gaining weight, all you'll find is how to get on a healthy diet. That really sucks. If anyone has any real advice let me know. Thanks.

    i am a member of PA a few month but i mostly read the forum and not reply.

    but i can give the peeps who wants to gain weight some tips.

    3 years ago i was the same like ka hong i thinck.

    tall and very light qua mass.

    but now i am doing fitness almost 3 years and from 55 kg.

    now i weight 70 kilo. the secret to gain weight is food and fitness i thinck.

    eat at least 6 times per day.

    1. breakfast
    2. lunch
    3. warm
    4. snacking time :D
    5. evening
    6. before you sleep

    also you can try at the sport shop weight gainers, whey protein.

    if you want to know more let me hear i will reply

    because i gain in 2 years 15 kilo haha

    if you eat as a pig i thinck you will grow automatic.

    but what we want is pure muscle i thinck and not fat haha
