eat plenty and eat often, have like 5 meals aday consider protein shakes...and work out... lots of work out plans out there or... a had a friend who just ate a lot and hit himself with a stick and got big -mellow i still have trouble figure'n it out
haha this forum sure caught my attention. I've been trying to gain weight for the longest... seriously if u search the web for gaining weight, all you'll find is how to get on a healthy diet. That really sucks. If anyone has any real advice let me know. Thanks.
hi my name is alex. i am a member of PA a few month but i mostly read the forum and not reply. but i can give the peeps who wants to gain weight some tips. 3 years ago i was the same like ka hong i thinck. tall and very light qua mass. but now i am doing fitness almost 3 years and from 55 kg. now i weight 70 kilo. the secret to gain weight is food and fitness i thinck. eat at least 6 times per day. 1. breakfast 2. lunch 3. warm 4. snacking time 5. evening 6. before you sleep also you can try at the sport shop weight gainers, whey protein. if you want to know more let me hear i will reply bye bye
