^^definitely not a healthy way to lose weight. What ever protein that you eat for the day your body will use that as carbohydrate and you will not achieve sufficent protein for that day. ^^not really, just tryin to state the facts cause w/that kind of dieting its like yo-yo dieting lol plus all that he/she is really losing by dieting that way is water weight...
just do aerobics.... and cardio... tahts like the only way i would say for a workout routine: 30 mins of running 20 mins of weight lifting 30 mins of running 45mins of a basketball or any sport you enjoy 20 minutes cooldown (stretching... etc.)
your routines are tough, I only go to the gym occasionally and do some elliptical.. well, I've never lost any weight in my whole life, I am 105lbs and 5'4.. I walk a lot so I am very toned.. not too much fat! walking helps a lot!
