I need to lose weight

    lol 173lbs isn't that much, depends on ur height though. but its not that much anyway. how did u put so much weight on?

    ^ I have no idea. Like when I entered uni, i started to get fat. No idea why... I don't think dairy queen helped.

    well how tall are u? also could be the drinking. cut down on beer, it makes u fat lol.

    me my way of losing weight 8 pounds a week without exercise and still able to eat as much as I can, is make Chinese soup, any kind of nutritional Chinese soup. You can eat what ever is in the soup. Take that for a whole week + porridge 2 times a week (any porridge - more water less rice) when I have strong urge for solid food.
    Its good for cleansing giving your body a good way to detoxify.
    Of cos not forgetting lots of fruits, juices or salad is a must. That way it still gives you the energy and nutrition your body need. Lastly pure water as much as you can.

    I got one but you gotta work at it =)

    5 min run or jog around baseball diamond or whenever your tired for 4 days in a role.
    Then once your done that the other ones below. You can run more depending your stamina.
    i usually run about 30mins or so.

    #2. Do push ups start out by doing 10. If you can do 10 then 20 till about 30 or so a day.
    #3. Crunches lie down, crunches like sit ups but just your stomach. about 50 times or so.
    #4 Weights if you have any? Do some light weights around 20 times to build up tone in your arms.

    Running is most important builds up circulation and burns easier the calories.
    Eating is another thing, eat healthy. Like a fruit a day if possible

    Oranges, since vitamin C isn't produced by the body.
    Don't snack too much. If at all =p lol.
    Thats my rountine works good.

    oh i walk for more than 20 mins a day anyway to get to and fro from school. i can also jog for 20 mins easy. but don't do any lifting. i might need to get some weights to lift.

    i know ! play a sport :D thats how i lost 20 pounds but gained muscles :) (weight lifting too)

    Menu:
    Breakfast : One Piece of Cracker Biscuit (prefer wholemeal / wheat)
    Lunch: Fruits (Any fruits but only two slices) no banana, watermelon or salad/vegetables (prefer steam)
    Dinner: One piece of breast chicken (without skin)

    NO CARBOHIDRATE FOOD / HIGH CALORIES FOOD

    I've try for three weeks and lost 5 kg....... must drink lots of plain water

    i don't think thats a very healthy way to lose weight cos ur only losing weight cos there is a low intake of fat and calories. it doesn't give u sufficent energy i don't think and being thin does not necessarily mean ur healthy.

    ^^^ You need at least 1200 calories to have your body to move. Even if you've lost that 5kg right now, once you're going to eat back like normal, your body will gain back that weight and probably even more so it can store some "energy". Can you really imagine yourself eating only that for the rest of your life?!? Seriously dude, you sound like an anorexic....

    exactly what i was thinking, u will also be tired and less concentrated during the day which is never gd and sooner or later u will get ill unless u start eating and then once u do u will get more weight than before.
