does walking up/down public transportation, 5 mins to/from work count? how about Wii Fit/Wii Fit Plus? walk up/down the stairs in the house? if no then NONE
1 hr a week. not much help since i eat chocolate right after. T_T i guess i'm not that motivated to exercise. getting more and more chubby *sigh*
30+ minutes in the morning and 30+ minutes in the evening, almost daily for the past few years. Used to take a bicycle to wherever I needed to go, but I couldn't be bothered anymore after starting uni...
i usually don't exercise. now im hitting the gym once every while (2-4 times). 30 min on the treadmill with elevation at 1: 1 min warm up walking, 27 min at 6.2 mph, and 2 min at 7.5 mph. Then I do 2 sets of 50 sit-up/crunch. Then I do 3 sets of 15 chest press. After all that, I just go to basketball court and shoot around.
3 to 4 days a week. 1 to 3 hours per day. ( depends on what I do, Badminton usually takes longer while weight lifting, jogging is about 1 hour? ) But I eat alot. And I mean ALOT after I exercise. So it's not really balanced.
Fruits instead of snacks, less rice and more vegetables.. more importantly Turbo Jam workout. Get it, it's fun to do and it actually works! Then 20/30 minutes on my elliptical trainer.
Hardly exercise during the winter but when summer comes... I'm more active... During winter all i want to do is sleep and eat... lol... Hibernating is goooood....
i dont exercise. i want to gain some weight. haha. i shoudl exercise to stay healthy though... im just too lazy because of school and work.

I lift heavy weights about 3-4 times a week in cycles, some low intensity cardio during those days and off.
