Gym (cardio + light weights) 3-4 times a week + any exercise I get from during the day (i.e. walking around the city). As a chic, I was worried about building muscles so I asked for a 'toning' program from my gym.
I use to ride my bike for an hour and a half everyday but now i can't be bothered anymore so i don't exercise even one bit.
I was trying to exercise daily (when I was off work) but once I started working again, I find that I don't have time and slack off..
eat around 50gram of protein everyday,some carbs and fiber foods. do leg raise(monday),sit ups(tuesday),bench press(wed),bicep curls(thrus),running(friday),sat and sun,must rest to repair muscle
i try to exercise, but i'm very lazy and tend to slack off, but try to go to the courses in the gym, they're usually more motivating i find
troubles, why do most people have to lose weight? i have to gain weight becoz i play rugby, i am currently playing at my school rugby team, practicing 3 -4 times a week
Exercise? For me i very lazy but I like dancing. So i take dancing class twice a week as my exercise.
Currently I only walk 1hour20mins, three time a week but, ideally I'd like to be going gym 3 times per week. ________ AEROSTAR
