How long can you run?

    shoes tailored for your type of feet would help. might wanna google feet type. over pronation, etc.

    You could also set the incline higher so not to hurt the knee 2 much, I put mine to about 2.0. yea. stretching also helps.

    wow, it must have took about an hour and some...good workout
    !!!

    a nice accomplishment, but I would train first n more progessively by 10 percent weekly. e.g. 10k, increasing to 11 k next week



    for 1500m, it is 1,5 km, so it takes about 15 min to 30 min for most people joggin

    for those who think they cannot run, i think it most of the time it is a matter of mind, rather than the body

    I am into running but my bf can run 8 miles non stop for 50mins. Good music can help, it keeps you going with good rythms!

    hehe...I used to run alot. not so much now. maybe about 2.5 to 3 miles

    longest ive run thats been recently is 4.5km in bout 30mins

    Not really into running >< Ive only done it to warm up, but I usually do 1-2 miles in 10 minutes before I hit the gym.

    i can run for 10 mins and then pass out or feel like throwing up.
    my endurance level blows

    the longest i've run was 2 miles although it was a bit hard
