In the first place, i would ask is this issue can be stopped? The problem incurrs is due to human selfishness and have been continuous for so many years. I would believe that man will continue to spoil the world as just like what they are doing this onto others until the end of the word.Sigh.

I never heard of Nikola Tesla before. I googled him and could not believe how many ideas were stolen from him. But you are right though, if we used Tesla's technology to transfer energy from transmitters than global warming might not be much of a problem. It's crazy how he was able to use transmitters from a far distance to light up lightbulbs. His research would of course be more advanced in modern times but the rich do not find his research profitable.
